1. サービスの利用1. Use of the service

当サービスは、VRChatのカードゲーム「ぷぷりえーる」のデッキ構築を支援するためのツールです。 本サービスを利用することで、以下の規約に同意したものとみなされます。This service is a tool for building decks for PPLALE, a card game played in VRChat. By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

当サービスに関して、以下の事項について免責とさせていただきます：This service accepts no liability for the following:

• サービスの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、当サービスは責任を負いませんAny damage arising from the use of the service
• サービスの中断、停止、終了、データの消失等により生じたいかなる損害についても、当サービスは責任を負いませんAny damage arising from the interruption, suspension or end of the service, or from the loss of data
• 当サービスは予告なくサービスの内容を変更または終了する場合がありますThe service may be changed or ended without notice
• 当サービスは、ユーザー間のトラブルについて一切の責任を負いませんAny dispute between users

以下の行為を禁止します：The following are prohibited:

• 当サービスの運営を妨害する行為Acts that interfere with the operation of the service

当サービスで使用されている画像(アバター、衣装も含む)やコンテンツの著作権は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。 ユーザーは、権利者の許可なく、これらのコンテンツを複製、改変、再配布することはできません。The copyright in the images (including avatars and outfits) and other content used in this service belongs to their respective owners. Users may not copy, modify or redistribute this content without the owner's permission.

権利者からの要請があった場合、当サービスは以下の対応を行います：At the request of a rights holder, the service will:

• 該当するコンテンツの即時削除または変更Promptly remove or change the content concerned
